2. Consultations & Appointments
All consultations are reviewed personally.
Appointments are scheduled only after approval and confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
Arrival times, service duration, and completion estimates may vary depending on vehicle condition, scope of work, and environmental factors.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is provided after consultation and inspection.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on vehicle condition or service scope.
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Deposits may be required.
All sales are final once services have begun.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or future booking privileges.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing any known damage, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive areas prior to service.
While every precaution is taken, automotive detailing and correction inherently involve working on painted and finished surfaces.
Signature Vehicle Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or failures related to prior repairs or coatings.
6. Results Disclaimer
Automotive preservation services improve appearance and protection but do not make vehicles “perfect” or immune to future wear.
Results vary based on paint condition, vehicle usage, maintenance, and environmental exposure.
No guarantees are made regarding resale value or long-term cosmetic outcomes.
